]]> Developed concepts and cost estimates for new J-Turns to replace the existing intersections along US 113 at MD 12 and MD 365. Unique in this project were the amount of wetlands that needed to be avoided and a smaller intersection between MD 12 and MD 365 that made the placement of one of the J-Turns challenging.
